Yinka's passion for business development, creative branding, and general entrepreneurship began in 2006.

While studying for a Design & Engineering degree, he simultaneously launched a nationally-distributed publication that shed light on the campus culture of underrepresented African and Caribbean communities in the U.K. Securing a meeting with a publicly traded fashion distributor that led to ad placement in his startup magazine opened Yinka's eyes to the potential at the other end of a cold call.

In 2011, Yinka began his executive search career with a boutique financial services agency before moving to the U.S. in 2014.

In 2016, Yinka began the build-out of an investment and advisory division for a global talent firm, establishing a high-performing team specialized in placing talent with leading M&A, venture capital, growth equity, and buy-out platforms in the U.S.Yinka established a division focused on specialization, positioning each team member within specific high-growth markets while up-skilling them on the nuances of their industry.

In 2020, Business Insider recognized Yinka as one of Wall Street's leading M&A recruiters.

In 2021, Yinka founded Tenfold Search & Advisory to partner with industry-focused private equity firms that previously relied on volume-driven, built-to-scale talent agencies struggling to deliver sector-specific talent at speed.

Ladi is a seasoned recruiter with over 12 years of experience. He brings a wealth of knowledge and unique approach to the recruitment industry, with extensive experience in both the public and private finance sectors. For the past eight years he has honed his focus on the U.S market, gaining deep insights and building robust networks across various financial landscapes.

Ladi’s recruitment philosophy is centered around a thorough understanding of the market landscape. He believes in establishing long-term partnerships with clients, prioritizing quality over quantity. His strategic mindset and commitment to excellence ensure that both clients and candidates receive unmatched service and support.

Growing up in London, Ladi developed a keen interest in sports, technology, and investing. These passions not only enrich his personal life but also influence his professional ethos, fostering a dynamic and forward-thinking approach to recruitment.

Amari began her career as a sales and operations manager in automotive sales. Amari's innate ability to empathetically listen and resolve pain points with her learned competitive nature and tenacity from sports successfully drove sales and team management.

In 2015, Amari studied Kinesiology abroad and traveled for a year. For the first half, she lived in Costa Rica while visiting other beautiful countries like Nicaragua and Panama with new friends from university. She then traveled to Barcelona and explored the city after studying Spanish at a small private college.

When Amari returned to California, she continued to earn her degree in Kinesiology while working as a sales manager. Amari managed end-to-end store staffing, payroll, and sales strategies, trained associates according to the brand's core values, and grew and nurtured the clientele through marketing and events.

Amari spends much of her free time with her family of 7 siblings, nieces, and nephews. She also enjoys bike riding to the beach, cooking Pinterest-inspired, Michelin-star recipes, and reading about the latest holistic wellness trends.

Amari's passion for strategizing business growth, team management, and marketing became even more relevant when learning about the recruitment industry. In 2022, Amari joined Tenfold as the Strategy and Operations Manager. She has been eager to add value by building solid relationships with future functional business leaders, improving recruiting tools and practices, and cultivating a team skilled at finding in-demand, industry-focused top talent.
