Tenfold was founded by Yinka Branco-Rhodes and Ladi Branco-Rhodes with more than 30 years of combined experience working across elite boutiques, large asset managers, and both public and private markets, with a clear view of how search at this level should be run.
Every Tenfold engagement is led by a principal from first conversation through close. The person who understands the mandate is the person mapping the market, having candidate conversations, and managing the process. There is no handoff between business development and delivery. Context stays intact, nuance is preserved, and the intelligence gathered in candidate conversations feeds directly back into client advisory.
