We seek an experienced Associate to join a dynamic and high-performing mid-market Private Equity firm specializing in energy and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
Financial modeling and analysis of potential and existing portfolio companies
Due diligence, including market research and evaluation of potential investment opportunities
Assisting in the deal-sourcing process and investment execution
Support senior members of the investment execution team across the entire investment process
Prepare materials for Investment Committee presentations
Portfolio management, including operational and financial performance tracking
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting
Exceptional financial modeling and Excel skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
