​We are working exclusively with a Technology & Infrastructure Private Equity fund in search of a Senior Associate with a clear track to Vice President.

Our client invests in large infrastructure assets and adjacent technology services companies and has a decades-long history of top-quartile performance, an incredible LP retention record, and a newly raised fund with capital ready for deployment.

They take a flexible approach to deploying capital, from early-stage to late-stage buyouts and special situations. Most of their investments come from proprietary and internally developed opportunities, with a history of developing platforms from scratch that were successfully grown and exited to top ten infrastructure private equity funds.

The successful candidate will have strong private equity deal execution experience in energy, infrastructure, or technology. We seek high-performing candidates with a strong work ethic, exceptional quantitative analytic capabilities, strong oral and written communication skills, outstanding organizational skills, and a desire to grow their responsibility on the team as their capabilities allow.

Senior Associates have the opportunity to work on investments across industries, providing a variety and volume of deal opportunities that ensure a robust learning environment.

More of what we seek in a candidate:

  • Candidates should have 4-8 years of experience in finance-related transactions with at least two recent years on the buy side.

  • Candidates who excel in their performance and possess a robust work ethic.

  • Remarkable abilities in quantitative analysis and financial modeling.

  • Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication.

  • Superior organizational skills.

  • Preferably, candidates will have worked full-time in Investment Banking or Private Equity before completing an MBA.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
