An established and rapidly growing energy services platform is seeking a Director of M&A and Strategic Planning to help lead the corporate strategy of a major player in services to power, utilities, and infrastructure space.

This is an opportunity to work directly with a seasoned CFO with decades of experience in energy services and power & utilities M&A, bringing a unique perspective from investment and strategic operations.

  • Additional 1-2 years experience in private equity in the aforementioned sectors.
  • Investment banking transaction experience weighted toward buy-side M&A
  • Strong financial modeling skills and ability to drive FP&A and M&A due diligence
