With several billion dollars in AUM and a portfolio spanning renewable power, utilities, and digital infrastructure, the firm is at a key inflection point—accelerating growth as it expands the team.

These hires are critical additions to support the power demand, particularly across gas, solar, hydro, and transmission investments. They will be embedded in a tight-knit, entrepreneurial team known for its operational depth and long-term ownership mindset.

As part of a high-performing platform, the Associates will take on front-to-back responsibilities across live platform acquisitions, asset management, and organic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and sensitivity analysis for new investments and portfolio initiatives
  • Participate in all aspects of deal execution, including diligence, structuring, and investment committee materials
  • Collaborate with management teams on value creation planning, budgeting, and board reporting
  • Analyze market trends, policy shifts, and energy transition dynamics to inform investment theses
  • Monitor existing platforms and support ongoing asset-level expansion

Ideal Candidate

We seek individuals who combine technical rigor with the maturity and autonomy to thrive in a flat, lean environment.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of total experience; investment banking (Power & Utilities or Energy) is preferred
  • Additional experience in private equity, asset management, corporate development, or engineering
  • Strong command of financial modeling, deal structuring, and industry research
  • Genuine interest in the energy transition and infrastructure landscape
  • Adaptability to navigate change and ambiguity during an exciting phase of firm evolution
