As part of a flat organizational structure, this role allows you to collaborate closely with senior executives and contribute directly to high-level decisions that shape the future of infrastructure and energy sectors. You'll work with a firm that prides itself on creating value through operational expertise and disciplined due diligence, marking decades of leadership in energy infrastructure investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial modeling and analysis of potential and existing portfolio companies
  • Due diligence, including market research and evaluation of potential investment opportunities
  • Assisting in the deal-sourcing process and investment execution
  • Support senior members of the investment execution team across the entire investment process
  • Prepare materials for Investment Committee presentations
  • Portfolio management, including operational and financial performance tracking

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting
  • Experience working on transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors
  • Exceptional financial modeling and Excel skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
