We seek a seasoned Director of Structured Finance to lead strategy at a high-growth company backed by a leading private equity firm in the renewable energy space. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in executing the company’s financial objectives, with a strong focus on tax equity structures, M&A transactions, and large-scale project finance.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with tax equity financing and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) in the renewable energy sector.
- Demonstrated leadership in finance roles with expertise in structured finance, project finance, and capital markets.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills with experience managing complex deal structures.
- Prior experience in the renewable energy or infrastructure industries, with deep knowledge of capital-raising strategies, tax equity structures, and M&A processes.
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes financial relationships and transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (MBA, CFA) are strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams to drive financial success.
